No surprises - other than pleasant ones.
We do not work on a commission basis with any of our contractors which in turn guarantees you total impartiality as far as the final choice of contractors is concerned. Although we assume responsibility for budget control, you will be invoiced directly by the contractors.
Instead, we operate on a project-by-project fee basis.
Prior to accepting an assignment we will quote you our consultancy fee. Our fee structure is based on the amount of time required to complete the project.
Overheads are kept to the absolute minimum.
Any direct expenses will be charged to you at cost, and are subject to your prior approval.
