MODUS OPERANDI AND FEE STRUCTURE
We do not accept commissions or gratuities from any of our contractors and any negotiated discounts or special terms will be passed on to our clients. This in turn guarantees us total impartiality as far as the final choice of contractors and venues is concerned. We operate on a project--by-project fee basis which is calculated on the amount of time required to complete your project. Our fees are extremely reasonable. Any direct expenses or additional costs will be charged to you net and are subject to your prior approval. Prior to accepting any assignment you will receive a quote showing our consultancy fee and listing all other services, facilities or materials separately, and at net cost. Although we assume responsibility for budget control, you will be invoiced directly by the contractors and, as the Channel Islands are exempt from VAT, you make additional important savings.
